Drink Coffee Blog

Morning all!  After a nice lazy Sunday off, we are open again.  I’ve got the cookies in the oven and the soup warming up and the Christmas Carols playing.  I am trying to get in the spirit so I can put up the decorations in here.  Looks like we could be gearing up for our first real snowfall.  That should do the trick!

Matt and I put up the tree at the house last night.  It was very funny because I dragged it down out of the attic, then he spent all the time hooking it up and demanding I play Christmas Carols on the piano because, “It’s keeping me from smashing this thing!”  Huh.  Anyway, it’s up and all but one strand of lights are working.  Ornaments to be done another day. 

Soup today is Cream of Carrot.  Come in and get cozy!
